Ingredients:
300g Fettuccine
200gr Cream cheese - can combine different types - it adds interesting taste
400g mushrooms (sliced)
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
25g butter
250ml skimmed milk
parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large sauce pan, add butter, garlic and mushrooms. Stir well.
2. Add cream cheese, at low heat. Add milk, slowly.
3. Cook until the sauce thickens, stir often.
4. Cook fettuccine.
5. Add parmesan, salt and black pepper
6. Enjoy!
